Innovative Swine Solutions (ISS) performs health, production, and sow and wean to finish nutrition research that can be applied to production systems around the world.


ISS is currently offering opportunities to both graduate and veterinary students to develop and oversee research trials held at High Power Pork. ISS is also providing summer and 6-month internships to undergraduates who are interested in learning about swine production and nutrition. We are looking for independent people who are interested in various aspects of swine production ranging from nutrition, animal behavior, to manure management.

Swine Disease Eradication Center
We are a member of the Swine Disease Eradication Center - University of Minnesota. This is a center dedicated to research in disease transmission and methods to eliminate. This center has led the industry in PRRS, Mycoplasma, and SIV aerosol transmission. Its research in filtration has redefined herd biosecurity.

Producers, Pigs, and Pork
