BASIC FUNCTION:

The Finishing Records Data Technician will be directly responsible for the data entry and data integrity of client farms, as well as creating effective reports and visualizations for various members of Carthage Veterinary Service, Ltd., and their clients at varying levels of seniority. This position reports directly to the Records Bureau Director.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Maintains the integrity of client production records using various methods
  • Compiles accurate production reports for veterinary, production, or client consumption
  • Conducts trainings with clients on the current records programs as needed
  • Conducts farm visits, as needed

 

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Advanced experience in Excel
  • Strong working knowledge of other Microsoft products, such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

    1. Two year degree, and
    2. Two years’ experience in data processing, data problem-solving, and data management, including data extraction, visualization and analysis using Excel or similar.
    3. Any similar combination of education and experience.
