ASF biosecurity: The “Frequently asked questions about ASFV and CSFV in feed” is a good summary document to read regarding making decisions about your feed ingredients and mill.  The general consensus seems to be ~60 days from production if stored at room temperature should be relatively safe.  It depends on a lot of factors so the range you may hear is 30-100 days.  Work with your suppliers on identifying ingredients that come from eastern Europe and China to determine which ones to quarantine or understanding how they QA those suppliers.
